    We are embracing the Ballarat winter with a warming High Tea menu of 7 selections of cheesy bushfood delights! See the menu below.

    Hosted at Saltbush Kitchen at 110 Urquhart Street, Ballarat.
    Please make sure you include a contact phone number when booking. 

    Price includes 2 glasses of Local Bubbles, Local Red or Bush Fizz (no alcohol). 
    AND a delightful Bush Tea to finish.


    Whipped peppermint gum goat’s cheese with native thyme pickles wrapped in zucchini. (vegetarian & GF)  

    Bush beef & Stilton cheese sausage rolls.  

    Native thyme roast veg tart w bush zaatar & Meredith goat’s cheese & wattleseed balsamic greens. (vegetarian)  

    Chicken, leek, cheddar cheese & native mountain pepper tart.  

    Savoury kunzea & mountain pepper scones, one with bush jelly & sharp cheddar cheese, the other with pepperberry quandongs & triple Brie cheese. (vegetarian)

    Burnt Basque wattleseed cheesecake. (vegetarian & GF)

    Lemon myrtle spiced carrot cake with orange & aniseed myrtle cream cheese. (vegetarian) 

    We’ve devoted a lot of time developing this menu to be extra special & cheesy, each item has been specially created for this event.  Thus, unfortunately, we cannot adapt the menu to accommodate certain dietary requirements, sorrreeeeee.
