    A delicious spice mix & dukkah based on a Middle Eastern Za'atar with a bush twist! Made with native quandong (a fruit), native Geraldton waxflower, sumac, toasted sesame seeds, oregano, chilli & a little pinch of salt. 

    Use as a dukkah with oil & bread, sprinkle on your eggs, season grilled veggies & meats. It is great paired with olive oil. 

    Why add the bush? Because it's delicious and showcases how versatile Australian native flowers are. The native quandong delivers a tart & fruity taste similar to sumac, and the native Geraldton waxflower adds a zest unique Australian flavour.
