Christmas Shipping Dates

To give your Christmas parcels the best chance of arriving on time, send them as early as possible and by the cut-off dates below. We are based in regional Victoria so have brought our cut-off dates 2 days earlier than Australia Post's dates to give your gift the best chance of arriving on time.

Standard shipping: 18th December
Express shipping: 20th December

Shipping Policy

We ship with Australia Post every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

    Once your order is placed and paid, your order will be packed and shipped within 2 working days. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

    Standard Australia Post shipping times apply (we are based in country Victoria so add an extra day or two to avoid disappointment).

    All orders (excluding refill only orders) are tracked and you will receive an email with your tracking number once we have dispatched your order. You can track your item via the Australia Post website or app.

    Shipping Costs 

    • Standard Post: $9 flat rate Australia wide. 
    • Express Post: $15 flat rate Australia wide

    International: We ship to the UK, Canada and the United States. Shipping costs start from AUD $17.50 and will be calculated at checkout. We ship using Australia Post International Standard Shipping. Australia Post advises delivery times to the UK, Canada and United States range from 6 to 9 business days.
